The Painkiller seeds were released late Wednesday night and went according to how the previous World Tour stops have separated the fields. There was no doubt that Vo0 would grab the #1 seed, but I was a little shocked that fatal1ty who came in second at both CPL|Sweden and CPL|Brazil was seeded below zyz who finished third at the same two events. This could be due to fat’s 5-6th place finish at CPL|Spain where Stelam eventually went on to win the tournament. Lower seeded players that could pose a threat to some higher seeded players looks like Lost-Cause, carnage, and clown. However LC and clown will be playing in single elimination and should be a good early match.
