Portugal have a reputation for diving and playing dirty. Sven is a terrible manager but I have a good feeling about this world cup, something about Gerrard that tells me they'll win it all. I know Gerrard played for England at Euro2004 but they got robbed there and he was well out of form, now i see his refuse 2 lose mentality back in the national game and im liking it.
However, much of the blame on England's low scoring can be put onto Frank Lampard who has squandared numerous of opportunities in which he definately should've capitalised.

If England had managed to get Guus Hiddink they would honestly win the eurocup in 2008 and the world cup in 2010. Watching Australia play is really amazing. You can only imagine if England were whipped into shape and actually had movement off the ball and created space for each other, if English players worked as hard as their Aus counterparts and gave 120% effort (110% isnt enough).
