60 fps?

Whatever i do the fps are still locked in 60fps with resolution 640/480. I used reforce and nothing. When i use other resolutions i have 100 fps but in 640 always 60. Maybe its locked from my graffic card. My graffic card is 6800GT.

help plz :>

Use drivercleaner to get rid of the current drivers and use 84.21
