There have been a few issues with the prime auotmation process which are being looked in to as we speak, it should all be sorted by Sunday morning 17/12 EST (US Time). If you still havent received Prime by the end of today message joeker ( http://www.gotfrag.com/portal/user/2/ ) who will assist further.

i was charged almost a month ago... dec 17th..... and still cant access anything prime related. I messaged joeker and no reply has been sent....
