mIRC bot

A lot of people have irc bots that can advertise for them by saying a message every x seconds. i've been looking all over google but haven't been able to find a bot/script that did this. can someone help me out?

/timer (how many times you want the bot to say it, 0 = infinity) (time interval in seconds) /msg #channel BLAH BLAH BLAH

now go away.
