Can anyone help me or tell me how to convert this CounterStrike Source Config into one that I can use in CS 1.6?

It uses the keypad numbers, as you see. I can't find a way to convert it to CS 1.6. I've tried deleting the "buy" part but it crashes the game. Can someone create an equivalent config that works in CS 1.6, please? Or show me how to do it?
