Features:
3 levels of access, Owner, Master, Admin.
Owners can do all commands.
Masters can do all commands except add other masters.
Admins can do all commands except adding\deleting users.


Commands:
When typing the command in mm1 it will be considered a public command
ie. -wonidcheck would display the results through rcon say, and in mm2
it will be considered a private command and the results will be displayed
in your console.

-wonidcheck (Checks everyone playing in the server, and displays there wonid info)
-wonid #WONID (Displays the specified wonids info)
-add #WONID (Adds specified wonid to the admin list)
-addmaster #WONID (Adds specified wonid to the master admin list)
-del #WONID (Deletes specified wonid from the admin list)
-delmaster #WONID (Deletes specified wonid from the master admin list)
-exec filename (ie. -exec cal would exec cal.cfg)
-lo3 (Pretty self explanitory)
-rs (Restarts the round)
-bot on (Turns built in match bot on)
-bot #channel (If you specify a channel name bot will join and display stats in there)
-bot off (Turns match bot off)
-kick #id\name (Kicks specifided person from server)
-k #id\name (Kicks specifided person from server)
-banid #WONID\name (Bans specifided wonid\person from server)
-banip ip (Bans specifided ip from server)
-removeid #WONID (Unbans specifided WONID from server)
-removeip ip (Unbans specifided ip from server)
-pause (Stops players from moving, similar to the pause command)
-unpause (Unpauses game)
-listowners (Self explanitory)
-listmasters (Self explanitory)
-listadmins (Self explanitory)
-access (Displays your access)
-map map_name (Changes to the specified map)
