lol # 10, let them die. They dont use the popular games that people want to play. They basically use any game thats new without even considering the community behind them.

PGR 3 and DoA 4 should be fun to watch, both games are really good as far as console games are concerned..

and i guess 3D's winning another Source tournament that anyone important doesn't really care about.

Keep in mind this is the EURO championship - not the grand finals. Things could change between now and then.
This is an event they ran last year which is seprate from the WCG Grand finals - this by no means indicates that these games will be used for the grand finals.

#23 is correct, although this is the official kick off for the WCG season, the press release does not state that CSS is the official Grand final game for 2006. The WCG policy is to use the latest version of the game however.

#14 Not all of these games were played (or even released) at last years WCG >_<

Again WCG only goes after money from the sponsors (either that or they just have no discussion with gamers about what they really want)... I swear, after Windows Vista is released the WCG staff are going to try and get Microsoft to pay them to hold a Minesweeper competition.

Then they're (again) going to have some idiot commentate it who just learned the rules, and we will have the joy of watching it all on streamed video which goes so smooth that you're going to think someone swiched your DSL line for a 56k one.
