New York, NY - December 7, 2006
- The World Series of Video Games Finals, presented by Intel are happening this weekend, December 9th-11th, 2006 at the CSTV Field House in Chelsea Piers Sports and Entertainment Complex in New York City. Live Internet streaming of the event will be available at www.cstv.com/wsvg

The Finals are being taped for television in two CSTV studios, and the live streams will carry competitions for five titles: Halo 2, Project Gotham Racing 3, Quake 4, Counter-Strike 1.6, and Warcraft III: Frozen Throne. For the first time at a World Series of Video Games event, two channels of great video game action will be offered  to maximize coverage of the event. The streams require Windows Media 9 or above, and updates and wrap-ups will be provided throughout the day to help fans monitor the progress of the competition.
