All the tournaments are open to both sexes except the Counter-Strike 1.6 Women Tournament reserved to female teams. Q3>Q4 ? I dunno they both have their ups and downs.
As for CS, ESWC is the only major tournament who never gave up 1.6 for Source and we intend to stick with the best. The day Source will be really competitive and far from its Beta feeling, we'll be open to consider it.
