I am happy to make it so far. I hope to show you my skills in the 2nd round as well.

You showed off your tower rush.

If my opponent picked the Blademaster, I would lose a lot of the time. If I practiced just to practice my success rate would go down. However, I found out my chances for winning went up when I tower rushed. Hwang Tae-Min chose the Blademaster, so I tried my tower rush.

Who did you practice with?

I practiced a lot with June Park, Eom Hyo-Sub. I’d like to take this time to thank them for practicing with me.

You have been on the rise recently.

I have been practicing very hard. My condition is on the good side right now. Presently I’m not with any team, but I plan on joining one soon.

Your 2nd round opponent is Kim Dong-Moon.

Facing against undead opponents is very hard on Turtle Rock and Twisted Meadows. If Echo Isle and Terenas Stand comes up, I believe I can take those maps and win.

Do you believe you can win?

I think it’s a possibility. Whatever the map selection I will try my hardest.

What are your goals?

My first goal is to meet Xiaofeng Li, and my other goal is to meet and beat Jang Jae Ho. I have wanted to play against him for a long time.

You won your last match 2-0.

Everyone said I was at a disadvantage in the first match, but I don’t understand why. However, I would like to make it to the championship round where Jang Jae-Ho, if I don’t I will not be satisfied with the result.

This was your first official match since joining eSTRO.

It’s been about 120 days since joining. There was a lot of responsibility on my shoulders coming in. From now on, if I keep playing matches I think I’ll become a much better player in the future.

Did you have a hard time winning in today’s matches.

In the first set, I won a big first battle and I thought the opponent would give up. He wouldn’t give up, so I thought “maybe I’m losing”. I became strained so my control over the units started to falter. I’m not satisfied with today’s match.

Who do you want to play in the 2nd round.

It does not really matter. If it is Park Se-Ryong, then I will be playing against Humans, including Xiaofeng Li. I can practice consistently against them but I don’t want to give up all my strategies against the Humans. So I think it’s better to play against Hwang Tae-Min. Whoever it is, it will be against a very good player.

If you end up playing Xiaofeng Li, do you think you can win.

There aren’t any very good Human players in the country that I can practice with. I need to practice a lot to beat a player like Xiaofeng Li. I’m not sure if I would win, I’d say it’d be 50/50.

What do you want to do in the future?

I lost to Xiaofeng Li and Jang Jae-Ho, and I want to repay those losses in turn.
