All Games: CGS Individuals by Nation and Franchise

Championship Gaming Series Individual Final wins broken down by country and franchise.
When the dust settled after the CGS Individual Finals, the United States nearly swept the field by winning the competitions in Counter-Strike: Source, FIFA, Project Gotham Racing 3, and Dead or Alive 4 Female. National pride has been an important factor in CGS World Finals event thus far and it was on the line in this event as well.

For weeks, European gamers warned of the impending fall of the Americans, while GotFrag's Brazilian community openly declared that everybody would be surprised to see how good they were. The results of the franchise finals are still up in the air, but American gamers ruled the roost invididually. Gamers from Singapore and Brazil also showed they are a tough force to be reckoned with.

Some of the results are surprising--considering that Rio Sinistro raked in the points individually, but has already been eliminated as a franchise.

1st 2nd 3rd
United States United States 4 1 -
Singapore Singapore 1 - 3
Brazil Brazil - 2 1
United Kingdom United Kingdom - 1 1
Mexico Mexico - 1 1
Germany Germany - - 2
Sweden Sweden - - 1
Australia Australia - - 1

In the results by franchise, the Sword and the Sinistro jump to the top of the list due to the four American 1st place results all being from different franchises. Sword player Tetra's upset of Carolina's OffbeatNinja gave Singapore the best performance of the day and sent Carolina's pride packing as they were the only Region 1 team unable to win a championship in one of the five games.
