The Million Man Lan at Lanwar in Louisville Kentucky has announced prizing for this years tournaments. Prizing looks to be somewhat lower than anticipated by the community and not enough to warrant long distance travel to the event for pro teams.

COD4, CS:S, TF2 Tournament Prize Money
======================================

Since we have had a lot of heated debate around which tournaments to run this year, we have decided that rather than letting the staff decide the prize money for each tournament, we would let the gamers decide. For every gamer who has said, "If you run a tournament in my game, I can guarantee that hundreds of gamers will come....", now is your chance to put your money where your mouth is. :)

We are allocating prize money based on which touraments draw the largest participation. i.e. If Counter-Strike has more full teams register and compete at the event, they will be awarded the largest amount of prize money, if COD4 has more full teams register and compete at the event, they get the top prize money. Here are the minimum prize awards:

For The Top Participated Tourney
1st Place $1,000 per team
2nd Place $500 per team
3rd Place $250 per team

For the 2nd Most Participated Tourney
1st Place $750 per team
2nd Place $425 per team
3rd Place $250 per team

For the 2nd Most Participated Tourney
1st Place $500 per team
2nd Place $250 per team
3rd Place $125 per team

As always, prize money can increase due to high participation or sponsorship. Each tournament must have at least 8 teams compete for the tournament to be eligible for prize money.
