Fnatic has picked up MLG Orlando winners Team Orz and formally confirmed the release of Insurrection. Team Insurrection, who played under the fnatic tag during the golden days of WSVG, did not represent the organization at the MLG Orlando tournament. This fuelled speculation that they had been released from fnatic, and that another team would be selected to replace them in the near future. Although fnatic did not confirm the team’s departure at the time, they have done so today following the unveiling of the new line-up. Team 'Orz' finished in first place at MLG Orlando, successfully defeating Frag Dominant 3 – 0 in the grand final. In addition, the team finished in the top eight at the MLG San Diego tournament a month earlier, and also boasts a couple of first place finishes in Battlegroup competitions. After remaining clanless for several weeks following MLG Orlando, Orz has ultimately decided to join the fnatic organization. New addition Rumay "Hafu" Wang released a brief statement over on fnatic.com: "Our team is excited to be joining fnatic, and will strive to live up to their top-tier reputation. I expect our team to play at our highest level as we did at MLG Orlando, and will push to do so at each and every event that we attend." In addition, fnatic director Anne Matthews released a statement on behalf of the organization: "We're all extremely excited to have this World of Warcraft team amongst us. Competitive World of Warcraft has begun to mature; with new tournaments springing up everywhere, it has a bright future! That is why we want to keep our WoW spirit alive by picking up the first successful mixed eSports squad!"
