I tried using a software named 3D-Analyzer by trying to enable Pixel Shader(as suggested at another forum) but i still have the same problem ... I also tried a beta-version of ATI's Catalyst 5.11 but that hasnt helped . Can somebody suggest a solution to this problem becoz I dont want to play Quake-4 in nightvision mode
hi adding +seta r_renderer "ARB" has solved the problem for now ... Thanks Diva* instead of E:\Quake4\Quake4.exe use "E:\Quake4\Quake4.exe +seta r_renderer "ARB" for the shortcut
Quake-4 is running on my PC but with very low fps ... nVIDIA is much better than ATI esp. for the new games (some may say id titles) ... I have seen Quake-4 run much better on a nVIDIA-5200 :(
