Quake: Quake Trivia: Issue #1

By: David Light - Published February 17, 2006 at 7:56 PM EST - Writer Archive
From Q3A to Q3W and everything else Quake related, GotFrag brings you ten questions to boggle your mind as we kick off our inaugural issue of Quake Trivia. So you think you know Quake history huh? Well, prove it!

Are you looking to test your Quake knowledge? Do you enjoy challenging your mind? If so, then check out our trivia every Friday for some interactive fun with a side of nostalgia! Ten questions each week will be selected for both novice and advanced community members to ensure that no one is left out of the game. Each week's answers can be found in the next week's edition, so be sure to tune in every Friday to see how well you did. How well do you know the past and present DM scene? There's only one way to find out, and it starts right now in Issue #1 of GotFrag's Quake Trivia.

You can find many of these answers in our new Random Facts section, so put those searching skills to use and you may very well find yourself on our Quake Trivia Page of Winners (POW!) at the end of every edition. How you ask? It's quite simple. For every edition you participate in you must add it to your list of favorite pages, then PM me (David Light) the correct answers to the quiz.

Submission Steps
1) Add the week's edition to your favorites.
2) Private Message David Light with your answers under the subject line "I Know My Quake!"
3) Wait for next week’s article to see if you've won eternal recognition!

Submission Rules
• All submissions must be in before 11:59pm EST on Thursday of the following week.
• Users MUST have the week's edition added to their favorites to be eligible.
• Users MUST PM David Light the correct answers with the correct subject line.
• The first user to answer all the questions correctly wins.
• If no users answer all the questions correctly, then the user with the most correct answers will win (so don't worry if you're late!). In the event of a tie, the user who answered earliest will win.
• You may submit as many answers as you wish, but only the latest message before the deadline will be accounted for.
