If you wanted to see the cream of the crop in terms of Quake talent, look no further than the ESWC 2006 Swedish Quake 4 qualifier.
This qualifier contains some of the most accomplished DM gamers actively playing Quake 4. It includes the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place finishers from CPL Winter 2005, the 1st and 3rd finishers from the recent CovLAN held in England, and players with accomplishments in earlier Quake titles. The competition will be rough did fooKi's victory at CovLAN signal a changing of the guard? Is Toxic still on top? Has fox's membership in the FPO paid off? These questions will all be answered on Saturday and set the tone for the rest of the years Quake events.
