B1ight takes a look at stage two groups, who will move on, and who's going home. Get his thoughts on today's action. Group A Group A is one of the easier groups out of day 2. All four are solid players, but fortunatley for all of them they ended up with no real shining stars in their group. All four of them have the potential to move on, but I think with the way that Clamp-ok has been play taking TooGoood to 3 very close games he's going to be the one to watch. 1. OoZe2. Clamp-ok3. Cypher4. PythonGroup B This is going to be an interesting group. The battle for second place could really go to anyone of these three players. Cooller will move on without a loss, leaving 3 players fighting for second. All three have the ability, and I think that if Forever plays his best game he'll have no problem moving on, but his inconsitency leaves me unsure of his ability. However, on the other hand, you have d1ablo. He looked very good in stage one winning all of his matches and taking down a very tough Noble. If he can keep up his great play I see him moving on in the single elimination round of 8. 1. Cooller2. d1ablo3. Forever4. Ph4ntomGroup C This is definatley going to be the toughest group to advance out of. Three very amazing players, who are all playing very well at ESWC. Noble the surprise of Finland, who managed to take down a very tough j4rno in the Finnish qualifier, finds himself smack dab in the thick of it. The lack of history on him leaves me a bit shakey on his ability to move on, but I did pick him as one of my dark horses, so I'm not counting this guy out. He's showed great ability so far, but I think its going to come down to the match against himself and winz to see who moves on. Both of them will take a loss to Toxic and he will move on undefeated out of this group. Rufus will find himself on the short end of the stick as he goes 0-3. Can winz ride the furry of the French fans into the round of 8? I think he will. He has been playing very solid, and the backing of the home town crowd will be a little to much for Noble to overcome. Its unfortunate, both players are very deserving of moving on, but with the current tournament format one of them has to go home. 1. Toxic2. winz3. Noble4. RufusGroup D I feel like a broken record. Every group seems to be chocked full of talent and this one is no exception. However both Socrates_ and 2GD have looked very solid both winning their groups undefeated. I don't expect any upsets here as both of them move on into the round of 8. 1. Socrates_2. 2GD3. Vicious4. impulseCopyright 2006 GOTFRAG.COM LLC. All rights reserved.
