Action gets underway in the CPL Nordic Quake 3 tournament this weekend at the Dreamhack event in Jönkoping, Sweden, from November 30th to December 3rd. Twenty-some Quake players have are gathered for a chance to participate in the CPL Finals later this year in Dallas, Texas.

Fan "Jibo" Zhibo looks to rebound after last week's third place finish while Swedish Quake 3 stars Alexander "Z4muZ" Ihrfohrs and Cyrus "proZaC" Malekani return to the scene after three years of inactivity. Poland's Maciej "zik" Jakuc attends his first major LAN event and wishes to make a splash, while the AMERICAN STEEL Rafik "LoSt-CaUzE" Bryant hopes not to repeat his disappointing finish from CPL Italy.
