Quake: Fahrenheit wins 4Q4 Cup #39

France's Pierre "Fahrenheit" Otin has won the 39th edition of the 4Q4 Cup.
Pierre "Fahrenheit" Otin has won the 39th edition of the French 4Q4 Cup. Otin is the only French player in the 4Q4's running history to have won the event.

After two 2-0 sweeps of Praetoriani teammates Geordy "geo" Molenaar and Richard "Weird" Krooman in the quarter and semifinals, respectively, Otin defeated Poland's Michal "dreamcatcher" Bober in the grand finals. Otin took down Bober by one frag in a thrilling opening Phrantic match, and then went on to defeat Bober by a good margin on Monsoon.

Grand Finals demos have been posted and a special 40th edition of the cup will be announced shortly.
