This week, Tim "naymlis" Bowes joined eMazing Gaming to play in their Quake division. On August 13th, 2007, with the help of Synergy Electronic Sports, a professional gaming management firm, an agreement was brokered between one of the top professional Quake 4 players in the world and eMazing Gaming LLC. Tim "naymlis" Bowes joined eMg for the tournament game, "Quake 4". Tim "naymlis" Bowes started his professional career competing in the Quake 2 1v1 Smack down competition in 2005 winning $300. Tim went on to win the NADML Season 2 in 2006. 2007 was the biggest yet for Tim. He has played in the World Cyber Games 2006 Holiday Clash, the War factory, The Bandwidth Exchange LAN, CAL Quake 4 Season 3, and 4, Pro-duels March 11th and 18th, Pro-duels Everglide Tournament, Excello Quake 4 Cup #1, and most recently the famous Quakecon Quad Damage (QW, Q2, Q3 and Q4) where he placed 5th above top professionals Chance “EG|Chance” Lacina, Rafik “LoSt-CaUsE” Bryant and Tom “griffin” Wall. Tim "naymlis" Bowes has earned a grand total of $4,844.96, playing professionally for the Quake series games. This is a big step forward for eMazing Gaming, bringing them one step closer to becoming one of the best gaming groups in the world! |
