Recently, the newly formed online ladder known as ICCup has officially banned the American Hung “xLo.sO.o” Tran from the leader due to having substantial proof of him using a map hack in the ladder. Accusations of Hung “xLo.sO.o” Tran cheating had flooded the mailboxes of many of the administrators of the ladder. Investigating these reports further, they came to the conclusion that after viewing several of his replays there was enough evidence to ban the American from the ladder. Once this information was released to the public, there were many that questioned the decision of the admins. Without a stable anti-hack program, nobody could be entirely sure if he actually was hacking. Many seem to agree with the admins decision while others believe that there was not enough evidence to convict him of cheating. The leader of the United States national team, Geoff “ToT)iNcontroL(“ Robinson has chosen to remove Hung “xLo.sO.o” Tran from the national team due to have the evidence found against him. “The replays are as conclusive as they get. With no anti hack program or real detectives we cannot be 100% but this is as close as it gets.” Geoff Robinson states. According to the leader of Excello’s Starcraft team, Feo “xLo.Bartar” Filaktou has announced that he has no plans of removing the American, and expects to give him another chance. While the suspected cheater has not yet officially been questioned, he did manage to comment about the the accusations against him. "i never admitted i hack only ppl who loses to me wishes i will ever admit i hack which is never because i dont..." Hung Tran states. SOURCE: GosuGamers |
