This past weekend, the former leader of Excello known as Feo “Bartar” Filaktou decided to disband the team due to a lack of motivation from the management and being unable to fulfill the requirements of the organization.

Quickly after the release of their former team, Excello quickly began searching for a new team to represent their organization. In their searches they came across the MicroGamerZ, one of the most accomplished non-Koreans teams in the world and bitter rival of the former Excello squad.

While the MicroGamerZ have been made up of predominately European talent they have sought the help of some of the top North Americans gamers such as Jian “Iefnaij” Fei and Daniel “Oldy” Trang. These two, and several others have been one of the main reasons for the teams continuous success in recent months.

"I was very sad to find out that Bartar's team folded but, even though that happened, we were still looking to be into the StarCraft scene. With that said, the next logical step was to contact the MicroGamerZ team, which was very open for our proposal, as well as to the projects we presented. Therefore, I am really happy to announce that MicroGamerZ will be defining excellence under Excello from now on" states Alberto “tomahawk” Teixeira, the Management Director for Excello.
