The former professional gamer Krzysztof "Draco" Nalepka won WCG Poland Saturday over Peter "MIStrZZZ" Jaworski.
Eight Polish Starcraft players competed in Warsaw on Saturday each hoping to represent their country at the World Cyber Games 2008 Grand Finals. The tournament was conducted in double elimination format.

Included among these competitors was the veteran Krzysztof "Draco" Nalepka, Rafał "ParanOid" Kontowicz and Grzegorz "Dreiven" Kordek of MeetYourMakers - the WCG Poland 2007 champion.

After being knocked down to the losers bracket by Nalepka, Kordek was able to battle his way back to the final match by eliminating Kontowicz, Kordek and Tomasz "Tarson" Boroń. However, Nalepka was able to yet again defeat Kordek in the finals with a score of 3 - 0 and earning himself a ticket to Germany. Nalepka only dropped one game throughout the entire tournament.

Boroń would finish in third place and Kordek would take forth.
