The WCG USA Champion and Spirit Tournament winner has been selected to move to South Korea and join eSTRO.
Tyler "NonY" Wasieleski will be departing for South Korea at an undisclosed time after recently receiving a phone call from eSTRO's former head coach Daniel Lee. During the phone conversation, Lee asked him if he would be interested in playing on a professional team, which Wasieleski accepted.

"He offered me to join eSTRO and I gladly accepted," Wasieleski told SCforall. "I don’t have any specific plans in Korea yet, but I know I will soon be going there and beginning my training as a pro gamer with eSTRO".

During the interview, he was asked several questions including what his goals are for Korea.

"My first big goal is to win a Pro League match," he said. "I’d love to contribute to the team with a Pro League win and that’d mean a lot to me.

Throughout his months playing in the Spirit Tournament he remained atop the ladder. During the exhibition matches setup between the Spirit competitors and the professional gamers he showed that he could compete with the StarCraft elites: Sung Joon "JulyZerg" Park and Ji Ho "Pusan" Park.

His near flawless play would move him into the finals where he would face the Italian Carlo "ToT)ClouD(" Giannacco - his most difficult test in the tournament. Wasieleski was able to overcome Giannacco in the final game.

Shortly after his win in Spirit, he would enter the World Cyber Games U.S. finals - one of the most important tournaments of the year for any American StarCraft player.

At the event, he was able to plow through the entire field that included the current professional gamer Greg "IdrA" Fields. His win would earn him $3,000 and a trip to Cologne, Germany to represent his country.

"I was never in a bad position in the tournament and I never felt worried," he said. "I was thinking about how hard I had worked for it and how it all paid off."

It is still undetermined as to when he will officially be making the move.
