Mondragon vs loveTT This particular series will most certainly favor Mondragon. However, not much is known about loveTT in the international community. The German has become a legend thanks impart to his skill against protoss. He has even made some of the top professional gamers fall victim to his zerg. Unless loveTT can take the form of a professional protoss player in the top 30 of the KeSPa rankings, he will be in trouble. Although, if past events have told us anything it is never safe to count out a Chinese player. Who Advances? Mondragon. NonY vs HoRRoR This is a battle of two players who are absolutely polar opposites when it comes down to their play style. NonY tends to play very safe and conservative while HoRRoR plays very unorthodox and aggressive. This will certainly make for an exciting series. If HoRRoR is to beat the American hope, he is going to have to throw him off with a unique strategy. If he doesn’t, NonY will most likely beat him in the long game due to his superb mechanics. Who Advances? NonY. Jaedong vs Arew It is unfortunate for Arew that in his first WCG grand final he must play one of if not the best StarCraft player in the world. Not only one of the best against all races, but a player who has won over 60 percent of his matches against professional protoss players. Arew’s only chance is to be creative and hope that Jaedong makes a huge mistake, but that is close to impossible. Who Advances? Jaedong. Stork vs CaStrO The Peruvian’s forfeit is coming back to haunt him. If he had defeated Ace, he would be facing Legend, but now he must take on the defending champion. Taking down Stork will be a close to impossible task. However, I do think it is possible. CaStrO is well-known for his dedication and long hours of practicing. If he is somehow able to play flawlessly, he may just have a chance to cause one of the biggest upsets in WCG history. I will make a safe bet and say that it won't happen. Who Advances? Stork. Page:
