Evenflow was originally the local lan ownagers known as Perkins Offensive, as we would put local Omaha mouse accel pub admins and nubs in their place. We'd then go discuss potentials of Omaha gaming in general at Perkins over coffee, cigarrettes, and belgian waffles. Eventually we co-founded Omaha StompingGroundz lan center in an effort to build the Omaha gaming community. The community started to grow but one thing was lacking - a dominant competitve online/lan gaming team.
That dream would be realized...
Evenflow was formally founded 07/02 by the best/most experience cs players in Omaha, Nebraska. We were geared to perform well online and on lan. Founding members: Antarez (from di), carter (from zeddi, i69, shiftpoint), cor (from gtu), crude (from zeddi and tenacity), snarlz (from di) and Stu (from uP).
Started in cal-im.
Went 13-3 in cal-im Season 9.
Lost in second round of playoffs.
Promoted to cal-m.
Lost snarlz to life/school/job, but picked up omaha local, friend and roommate twkyx (from zeddi, Mi, and sp) after sp broke up.
Lost Antarez to Iraq for the marines, but picked up area local kanz (from ws, gtu, and aU) to finalize our starting lineup.
Went 11-5 in cal-m Season 10, with ups and downs due to spring breaks, post-lan apathy, work, and general inactivity.
Earned our way to the Cal-Main Central FINALS and captured the Championship over Pandemic.
Promoted to cal-p.
Didn't win a match in cal-p due to inactivity. Lost Nolan due to unpayed internet bills/quit cs. Lost Kanz due to lost interest in cs/quit.
