Can someone please fill me in on the latest haps? Is dummy really out? If so, why? Who's gonna demo for Pandemic? Is Sckness in the roster now too? Details please.
Pandemic has approached members from the top NA TF2 teams privately in hopes to recruit "the best" in hopes to try to remain on top. Very un-sportsmenlike and inappropriate to be doing so, in a time where competitive tf2's future is still undecided. I feel for Dev and whomever else feels this sting, and wish them the best.. and commend those that have turned the offers down.
I don't find anything wrong with Pandemic trying to recruit from top teams. Who else are they supposed to recruit from? If people are disloyal enough to leave their team then I think it's a bigger knock on their character than Pandemics recruiting methods. They have no choice but to recruit top players from top teams to stay competitive. I will agree with you it is kind of dangerous considering how many few top teams we have left here in North America but that's not their fault.

It makes complete sense for a clan to replace a player with one of equal to better value to the team. You can't reasonably expect every clan to replace a team member with someone outside the competitive community. Pandemic themselves are victims to team members losing interest in TF2 for other games. Besides, you can't take anyone who doesn't want to be taken... I'm pretty sure when the word got out that pandemic needed players, the players came running. Sckness is a worthy and inevitable addition. He was bound to end up playing alongside the other best players in the game.
