This plugin should disable shotguns on any map where "bball" is in the title.
sm_noshotgun - This cvar is default to 1, set it to 0 if you want to turn off the plugin. sm_bballmap - This cvar is set by the plugin, both cvars have to be "1" for shotguns to be disabled
Note that the plugin technically removes slot2 for all classes, but there should only be soldiers in the game.
Most of the credit for this plugin should go to the authors of these two plugins. I took a lot of the functions from their plugins and tweaked them for use in mine.
Jellyfish, whenever he gets around to it, is modifying pro-bball. As it stands right now it's ridiculously easy to walljump on that map. What he's doing is modifying the walls so that the extent of the surface you can jump on is the same as the height of the fence on regular bball.
This would make the walls the same as the backboard in this map, that rockets would just disappear when shot into them instead of creating explosive damage.

Hopefully this would help with backboard rage.
The whole thing with disabling slot2 also works great if you let demomen into the game. Really like that plugin.
