Failure to do so will get you FLAMED OUT OF EXISTENCE and ruin any chance at an effective "looking" thread, plus I don't like having to monitor and nuke a bunch of posts.
I repeat, FAILURE TO READ THAT LINK WILL RESULT IN AN INEFFECTIVE RECRUITING POST.
Also, it's a good idea to use this format

#4 it's silly until it's enforced. Sorry, but I never want to judge or be judged based on what FRAG VIDEOS I like.
The best way to judge skill is to show which leagues match up with which skill.
STA/most of TWL - low UGC - lowish, probably mid/low TWL-I/CEVO-M - mid/high ESEA-I - high
That's just my rough guess. If you plan on enforcing skill levels, make a serious guideline. (Preferably one that realizes 'mid' means 'middle', which is the bulk of teams out there, and the bulk of average teams are not nearly as bad as that post makes out.)
Went crying back to Sasha, who accepted me and burned me with cigarettes and grinded stiletto heels
#8 sorry, jk's is probably better. Yours doesn't make much sense, I mean, ESEA-I is pretty much the same as TWL-I with 2oid and loaded. Also, how are you putting UGC over TWL when the top teams in UGC are in the lower divisions of TWL.
I don't know too much about those leagues, so if you've taken a close look at them I'll accept your word. What I posted was just an idea. I don't see how it doesn't make sense - you can look at what level of competition is in those leagues, and then give it a name (mid, low, high, etc). I don't understand how jk's ranking - a lot of which had nothing to do with TF2 - is better than a fact-based system like mine.
I mean, really. I like almost all of those frag videos. There you go, bad system. You guys can do better.

Every league except ESEA has teams all across the board, so that's not a good measure of skill unless you narrow down to invite/main. Hopefully in the future everyone will just be able to say what TWL division they were/are in :p
I don't understand what you mean by enforcing it. I'm not going to go through every looking post and nuke them if they don't follow the skill guidelines, if that's what you mean. It's a guideline, not a rule. I made this thread because I was tired of every recruiting thread getting filled with useless flames and spam. jk's post is sarcastic but useful.

Like I said.. Might be overkill but it couldn't hurt right? :)

are you really so slow as to not realize a large majority of jk's post was sarcastic

#12 - of course I did. But this thread implies that it should be taken seriously, and enforced.
trainrider, if I'm wrong about enforcing it, please tell me.
