Hey flamers, clutch impact is a reasonably new team, formed by myself, you might have seen us under the name methodical as well. We currently have a solid core of four people, but are looking for the right scout and soldier to round us off. Right now I would consider us Low/Mid, but we have the potential to move up very quickly given the right line-up. We have a sponsor who covers our server/vent/league fees and all that good stuff.
We'll be taking place in Cevo-F and TWL D3 this season, due to us fvcking up our qualifier. We will likely be doing ESEA in the future.
We're looking for a roamer and scout, preferably of midish level, who know how to play SMART, and work well with a team(follow strats, etc.) AND DO NOT RAGE. Also I'm willing to play roamer if the right scout pair comes along.
We scrim 4 nights a week, sun/mon/wed/thurs generally, from about 830 - 1030 central.
oh and let me get this straight, you got a sponsor with them being a low/low team and having 4 people on your roster but they turned me down, i have officially come to the conclusion sponsors have mental disabilities.
Dear Tyranny; You have a player named YouMustRecover!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on your team. Ergo, no one will take you seriously. You should get your demoman to change names to something like Cook Ding or Tader Salad. Names like these clearly indicate a large amount of dedication and skill.
ClutchImpact seems like a good sponsor, but they have a bad habits on picking up......not good teams. But Tader is cool and decent, give these guys a look.
I helped them get their sponsor that they have now tyranny. As I have explained to them before, they need to move boomer back to soldier and work on calling from the combo and find two scouts that will work together as a team, and most important will follow strats. In a few months, assuming they work on their lack of strats, they will be a solid low/mid team. Stay together move often and fall back when needed.
Although, I would like to know how the hell they passed up Jammer's team in the process.
For one, we are not low/low. I don't know how the fvck the "TF2 skill ranking" system got messed up enough that we are considered low/low, although we can compete with nearly every team in d2, most of which are considered "mid". I also don't understand how people can go off and judge our skill when we don't have 6 solid players.
At the time we were picked up by our sponsor, we had 6, but we were having some problems with our scouts at the time, and at this point i've decided to look for replacements. From the beginning, the sponsor understood that we weren't a great team, they were more concerned about us being committed and being easy to get along with, etc. Tyranny I don't know what happened that made your deal fall through, but I also don't see how that's related to this thread.
Zero, I appreciate you "helping us get our sponsor", but quite frankly, you played with us for, one week? We talked to this sponsor for about a month before any decisions were made, and only 3 of our starters are the same since you played with us.
I don't give a shit how bad everybody thinks we are, I don't care if you don't think we deserve a sponsor, I care about finding some decent players who know how to play decently, and can help us be a better team.

Dam n, relax, I only meant it as I was around to see what had to be done in order to get the sponsor. Understand that the sentence alone is regarded to tyranny's commit about how you received the sponsor or him. That it is very likely that Tyranny put little effort into talking to them, while you put in a lot. It was not meant as "I signal-handily got it for you" or that I even help much at all. Not everyone in this game is cocky.
none of them are close to mid. You must have really sucked the sponsors dick dry for him to even pick you up or he is just incredibly ignorant. One of you is low-mid the rest of you are low, stop saying you're better than you are dumb fucks.
