dont play on max settings?

oh poor sheldon, only getting a solid 60 fps on max settings at a high resolution in big fights

i'm shedding a single tear as i write this

sorry for being a shitlord but the fact that you are not satisfied with that is irritating to me

Why i was just asking if this is normal. God.

i was not aware that tf2 was such a fps hog even with this gear. I used to play on a S.H.I.T ass pc like a year ago on max. High fps.

how can you claim something is a 'fps hog' when it never drops below 60 fps at max settings at a high res

Your problem is that you have a 9800, which is just a rebranded 8800, meaning you spent more money for old technology, your GPU is bottlenecking you.

He was probably a cs or cod player and he is used to the fact that weapon recoil and player movement changes with different framerates.

yes, it is normal. If you want more stable fps search for a fps config and/or change your directx level through the command line parameters. I recommend m0re's fps config, http://m0re.nocrits.com
