Use the two batch files, "TF2 - Game Configuration & TF2 - Movie Configuration" to switch between game & movie setups. You'll need to edit TF2 - Game Configuration.bat - copy whatever launch options you have in Steam and paste them there. As an example I left my launch options.
Configure prefences.cfg & xhair.cfg to your liking and you're ready to record :)
