Hello, i've played PUGs and played a few scrims by ringing for a few friends. I have a bit of experience, so i'm not a complete noob. I deleted most of my weapons for all but medic. I prefer playing classic. Rest of the team doesn't have to. I'm a bit too lazy to look for a team. I decided to start my own team. Players needed for a 6v6 TF2 Team "Team Redemption" Just an old Gears of War team, decided to embrace it in this game. Willing to compete in TWL, once we complete one season of TWL we will advance to CEVO F. Until then, practicing together, and practicing until we feel that we're ready. Obviously this is a starting Low level team. I'm playing as scout/sniper. The reason that I friend-ed you and attempted to have a civil conversation with yourself, was to explain in private why it's not best to have a private profile when looking. I attempted to help your transition in to the TF2 community a little more smooth. But rather than listening to a more veteran member, you derailed everything that I said to you with comments that had nothing to do with anything.
I wish you luck, I do, but I honestly doubt you are the right age to be running a team right now. A leader has to be able to listen to others than know. I almost never say poor things about people, but from the brief 5 minute convo I had with him, my advice would be to stay away. There are a lot better low teams out there to join.

Wow. First of all, trying to make Fzero bad is not going to be good for your rep (because he's a nice guy, not because he's some anger-management case, though that might be true as well ;) ). Second, new players are generally better finding a team than trying to make one (community clans are great for this). Third, " I go by "I'm as old as I act." " generally means that you're young. first off, age will make a difference, I can guarantee that if your 12 (for example) your not gonna be able to pay for server expenses, afford the time and dedication needed to put together and manage a team of low or inexperienced players and making them better players overall. Lets just say your not even gonna be respected at that point just told to calm down and stop yelling into the mic and having a big fit over losing. <-----(no age discrimination intended to all younger players, just an example)
Also, if you haven't had any other tf2 teams, your gonna be banking your whole strategy off of the hope that your recruits will know enough to play because there is no chance that you will be able to help them learn. I'm sure your not familiar with the help you CAN get if you haven't been integrated into the community yet
In any case, don't dis Fzero, if he tries to give you advice, your probably best to consider it, people want to know your history, how much overall experience you have, your personality, and who you associate yourself, all which can be partially found by looking at your profile
