Only two days ago, the retail version of Team Fortress 2 was released and already the community has had positive feedback for the game. The TGL, again, has pulled through with another one of its online tournaments with MASSIVE amounts of prize money. Featuring some of the world's most established gaming teams, this tournament will be the largest tournament for TF2 so far.

Rules
This tournament will combine the best of the game's CTF and Control Point maps, including the always popular "ctf_2fort". In addition, the format will be single elimination, and will go for as many weeks as is necessary (pending number of signups).

Signups will be open until Sunday, October 28th, so head on over to the AMD Roughneck Challenge Website and get in on the action.

All of these teams will play any game for money, even if it's as bad as TF2.

TF2 is the worst major release for a team game in years. Involves almost no skill and is horribly random, but if people are putting up 10k+ in prizes, good teams from dead games will give it a shot.

TF2 is a brilliant game for what it was designed for, Pubs. Competitive TF2 is almost as dumb as Competitive WoW arena though.
