The Professional Division (CEVO-P) is our most prestigious division and consists of only the top sixteen teams in North America. Teams are selected for this division based on our initial tournament's performance (top 8) and victories in the Professional Placement Tournament (top 8).

The Professional Placement Tournament consists of 16 teams in a double elimination format, with the top eight (8) advancing to the Professional Division. The eight teams that do not qualify for the Professional Division will play in the Amateur Division.

The Professional Placement Tournament is utilized so as to remove subjective opinions and any influence of people from the selection process. Teams for CEVO-P qualify exclusively based on their proven performance against other top caliber teams.

Reschedules and postponements are NOT allowed, exceptions will only be made for very extreme circumstances. In regard to this, ALL TEAMS are recommended to have at least 8 members on their roster in the event you cannot field your regular 6.


Applications:

Teams that have not qualified yet, and are interested in competing in the Professional Placement Tournament can apply via email before Friday, December 7th @ 11:59 PM PST. To apply, teams must be signed up in the Amateur division with at least 6 "@ready" members on their roster.

NOTE: The 8th invite spot would have gone to "zero five zero (9th-16th)" but they have decided to stop playing TF2. If any of the teams above decide not to compete, they will be replaced with Application Spots.
