North America - We're down to just four as the finals of TGL's first 6v6 season inch ever closer. Still riding an unbeated record, Sorry Ass Clan has arguably the easier matchup in the Semi-finals, facing the somewhat-overmatched Balloons, while xensity and Delectable Meats clash in what should be a highly competitive matchup. The potential for an all CEVO-A finals is a very real one, but both dm and SAC still have one final challenge to overcome before facing each other yet again. On to the preds!

Update: xen has pulled off the upset over dm while SAC sneaks by O~ in a close one!

Predictions:
Delectable Meats v xensity - MOTW
I was actually quite surprised dm gave up a point last round against ]MP[, given how much they've been practicing and after getting personally rolled by them in a scrim I would rather forget (and for the record, pokey's rockets really do hurt that much). It almost makes me think xensity - who I hope to see next season in CEVO - could sneak this one right out from under dm's nose, if only they'd done more during the regular season to impress (ie. beaten better teams). In the end, too much of me thinks that dm will just roll through this matchup - but I give it MOTW honours in the hopes xen- has some surprises in store :)

Sorry Ass Clan v Balloons
Unfortunately, O~'s (who I'd vote for best tag ever, in game and out) ride through TGL S1 is about to come to a screeching halt. Having outlasted BT and L7 - both of whom beat O~ in the regular season - is an accomplishment in itself, but part of that was due to having never played SAC/dm/xen- until now. Having both scrimmed and played with some of the O~s at Northern Resistance (shameless plug), I can say first hand that they certainly are a talented bunch - but SAC is simply out of their league and will make quick work of the pretty red Balloons.
