This turned out to be a pretty good tourny then i guess. I would like to know how the matches are coming along and also (probably a stupid question) But are the TF2 finals going to be played on the main stage? That would be awsome!

Nice Sig keep up the good work RageQ! How are things there is the tournament area nice? Do you guys have a good crowd watching the games? And is TF2 going to be played at the main stage? Any complaints (besides the monitors)?.

I'm just guessing Os, but since TF2 isn't an official ESWC event (ie. just a side GeForce tourney), I wouldn't think it get up on the main stage.

O yeah one more. Compared to the other games how much attention is TF2 getting? Along CoD4 lines or Trackmania? Maybe like Quake or even WC3?

pms people are actually really nice and gave away a lot of free stuff. There are some major dicks in the other teams but surprisingly ragequit had really nice people.

But I can attest fragile from pandemic had a pretty big inferiority complex.

watched czm vs cypher last night in q3 finals, was exciting stuff.. i dunno, fragile was a pretty good guy. PMS are good sports and cool people.

TF2's a small community, buncha nice people so its cools.

CS was on ESWC, so was some war3. fun to watch, but most of my time was spent watching tf2 etc. The shoutcasters are awesome, constantly covering games from GH right to TF2 game to TF2 game.

pms surprised a lot of people with their play winning a round vs ragequit, but yeah pandemic, eximius, and ragequit are some of the top teams in the tf2 community. They deserve to win, however there are some players who act like snobs regardless.

Fragile was basically being a snob and talking down on some of the nicest people at the lan.

i know exactally what you are talking about, i did a cod4 scrim with thefragile once and it was my first one and he did nothing but talk crap to me the whole time, ever, always, and infact he still messages me to this day about how much i suck, i deleted him off friends but he still finds ways.....

The best part is if you watch some of the Pandemic vs xlo & 4K demos he sucks up hardcore to them, stuff like asking them what the weather is like. Also a friend of mine asked him for medic tips once he actually tried to charge him money. The guy is just a massive tool.

The event was such a blast. Other than the TF2 tournament, I really really enjoyed the ESWC area, it was so amazing.

Meeting everyone was pretty awesome. Hopefully it will all happen again (Nvision '09, yes?)

demonsx, I don't even know who you are, or if I even talked to you at nvision. I don't even recall badmouthing anyone, and if I did, it was clearly me just screwing around or being sarcastic. I guess you didn't realize that, so it's whatever dude.

but aside from dorks typing out insults behind their computer screens, awesome lan and a lot of fun. It was great playing TF2 against some of the top and watching those tense matches up on the screen. Good games and rounds to everyone. Hope to see more competition and TF2 later in the future.

If you did then it's fine I didn't expect people to get so angry about it... I was just joking when I said inferiority complex, but you should consider that talking online it comes out different when it's face to face.

As I said it's cool I don't even care nvision was a blast everyone got lots of free stuff and I'm pretty sure NO one went home unhappy, well except for the guy who broke his arm in the first hour of the event or the guy who went to the hospital for being exhausted.
