(GotFrag) - With the first match going down tonight (Sunday) for ESEA-I's 4th week, I figured it might be prudent to throw up some scoreboards before I head off to work. I wish I could say tonight's match between Strickland Propane (who recently picked up former lbolt-SureShot) and Loaded (who recently romped defending champs) is going to be a close one, but Loaded seems to have collected themselves after that Week 3:1 loss to point and click and are playing much more to their potential - proof of which will come at Strickland's expense.

Personally, I think the Match of the Night for 4:1 is
Evil Geniuses v Hostile Faction - now, granted, HF's record so far is pretty flimsy, with 2 wins on a new map and a big match against 20ID still to play, but there's some definite rockstar talent on that roster (paladin) and a few faces (cringe, St.Pat, Phaser) that have been lurking at the fringes of "high" for a while now but just haven't quite broken through. Whether or not this is the season for them has yet to be seen, but an upset win over destro & company would go a long way towards legitimacy.

pac draws the defending champs, 20ID, in final match for Week 4:1, who (as mentioned) are fresh off a bit of a beatdown courtesy of Loaded. One hopes [20ID]Hong can rebound after a bit of a poor showing in that match, but he traditionally has played quite well on cp_granary against even the best of soldiers, so I fully expect him and Seagull to kinda romp their way through pac like paper. Vicious Gaming gets the BYE this round, having been paired up against the now-folded LIGHTNINGBOLT! *tear*
