Warcraft 3: WCG Australia 2006 Results

This past weekend, the top WarCraft III players from Australia gathered to compete for a chance to attend the WCG Grand Finals in Monza, Italy later this year.
With names such as Philbot and fire_de on hand, the event proved to be an exciting one. However, darkhorse player Paz shocked his opponents, defeating Philbot in the first round and Wobbly later in the tournament. Philbot would overcome his early loss and rebound to face off against GLaDe in the finals of the event. GLaDe, last year's runner up, took down the 2-year running champion to win the event and earn a place in the WCG Grand Finals.
