Last month, the Cyberathlete Amateur League (CAL) announced that it was organizing an unofficial BYOC tournament for Warcraft III: Defense of the Ancients (DotA) at the CPL Championship Finals.

Today, the CPL is pleased to announce that its sponsor SteelSeries has agreed to become the title sponsor for the DotA tournament, which has been renamed "The SteelSeries DotA BYOC Tournament." The prizes for this tournament are:

First Place: $1,000 USD + 5 1-year licenses to SteelSecurity + 5 SteelSeries SteelKeys 6G + 5 SteelSeries SteelSound 5H v2 + 5 SteelSeries SteelPad QcK heavy + 5 Krait Gaming Mice courtesy of Razer
