16 teams have been elected to compete in The Gaming League's SteelSeries Premier Cup. Sixteen teams will be divided into groups of four to play in a round robin system. The structure is similar to NGL-One system, in which teams will have a lineup of four players that will be competing in a best-of-one series, with the winner moving on to play the next opponent.
