Warcraft 3: Mouz to hold Chinese recruitment tournament

The German based team Mousesports looks towards China to bolster their future roster.
While SaSe was staying in China, and Fly100% started to make a name for himself in the Chinese leagues, Mouz decided to create a partnership between themselves and Hacker Gaming. This partnership would enable Fly and his teammate Sai to participate in online leagues under the Mouz flag, and also give SaSe a place to practice during his stay in China. Not too long ago the Hacker organization fell through, and with it the partnership with Mouz. Sai decided to join up with wNv, while Fly would remain with Mouz as their sole Chinese player.

Shortly after the NGL-One season, Mouz lost another key player in Giacomo. This left their roster weaker than ever, and their management has decided to once again look over to China for future prospects. Sixteen amateur players will compete in four tournaments, two of which are already completed, to narrow down the four candidates for their team. They will then select only three players to join their roster. These players will live with, and practice with Fly, giving both parties an excellent chance to improve their game.

Gnollman, the head Warcraft 3 manager for Mouz, explains the reasons for holding this tournament and picking up amateur Chinese players, rather than amateur Europeans.

"One reason is to strengthen our lineup in the future. The players who will play for us are on a very good level but not yet ready to beat the best players in the WC3L. The aim is to bring them on this level by providing them the best practice conditions and skilled players who they can talk with about the game and practice with on LAN. Also, the Chinese market is economically interesting for a clan because of the big community as well as to be able to get new sponsors and partners."

Although these pickups would make the roster rather large, and predominantly Chinese, Gnollman stresses that the team will not be splitting into two separate divisions.

"We will have one internal division. The Chinese players will be on the roster of the WC3L, if they will play depends on their skill level in the coming months. Our lineup will still be European based in the WC3L and NGL-One with our players SaSe, TitaN, Happy and Knoff."

With this said, the hopeful participants are as follows:

China Yumiko
China MacSed
China BadPlayer
China guaiguai
China Y
China ForDream
China Gemini
China tree
China laowu
China X
China Garnett
China Dawn
China whO
