Problems plagued Russia yet again, as their team cannot attend the European Nations Championship.

The team was unable to acquire the necessary visas and documents to enter Germany, leaving them no choice but to forfeit their spot.

ESL organizers are said to replace Russia with Bulgaria, who finished 5th in the league.

Ukraine finished higher than Bulgaria, with the 5th place spot. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian team said they won't attend the finals even if they are given the opportunity to do so, suffering the same fate as the Russians. When Bulgaria was contacted about the spot, the team replied positively at the chance.

There's no official statement as of yet, as both parties (ESL and Bulgaria) are still deliberating the logistics of the matter.

The ENC finals will be held at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany next week.

The other four teams attending are Sweden, Germany and Finland.
