Warcraft 3: DeMusliM leaves 4Kings

By: Lucas Bigham - Published December 06, 2007 at 6:00 PM EST - Writer Archive
The Four Kings have made the decision to part ways with yet another player: Ben “DeMusliM” Baker.
In recent weeks, the Four Kings have experienced several roster shakeups. Olav “Creolophus” Undheim’s decision to retire from competitive play put them down one key player. However, this was not their only loss.

The longtime 4King Yoan “ToD” Merlo chose not to renew his contract thus ending his longtime stint with the organization. After spending some time examining his potential offers, he joined up with mousesports.

Today, the 4Kings have suffered yet another loss. While this player was originally recruited to compete in various events in Great Britain, he slowly grew into a very WC3L capable player.

You might remember Ben “DeMusliM” Baker who managed to qualify for the World Cyber Games Grand Finals in Seattle. Unfortunately, after a rather lackluster performance in the group stages he was unable to pass on to the next round.

With the loss of Yoan “ToD” Merlo, many expected that Ben “DeMusliM” Baker would be given the role as a starter on that team. Both parties involved seemed to have other plans in mind. The native of Great Britain was released from his duties to the 4Kings.

Only time will tell if whether or not the 4Kings will be able to rebound from these loses.

4King’s roster is as follows:

Sweden Sebastian "FuRy" Pesic
Netherlands Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen
Sweden Daniel "LiiLD.C" Claesson
Croatia Ivica "Zeus[19]" Markovic
