The Meet Your Makers organization closed its doors on its Scandinavian Warcraft III team a couple of months back. After the clan's disbandment, MYM decided to absorb two players into their main squad while letting the rest of the roster go.

The two players are Danish player Rene "Ciara" Krag and Joona "Konna" Parikka, both who play Orc.

Parikka was used in a couple of NGLONE matches, winning some points for the team. Unfortunately, it seems that Parikka lacks the motivation to continue on with his career. In his official statement in the MYM website, Parikka states: "Due to my newly started studies my freetime has decreased and i feel like having almost no chance winning or even putting up a decent performance in any tournament anymore."

He also laments about the game being "tiring", due to not having a patch for a significant amount of time.

MYM Warcraft III's manager, Mattias "Losemann" Beyer, exclaims his disappointment with losing Parikka."I am sad that Joona will stop playing Warcraft, but I do understand that he will quit Warcraft, because it is taking a lot of time to be one of the world's best. [...] I saw a lot of potential in this orc, for example I travelled to the KODE5 Germany to see him play and to support him. I would have done a lot more if I had the time to do so."

Parikka was part of the Finnish team that won the last ENC championships. It was Finland's first foray into the finals and were considered the underdogs against Sweden, Germany and Bulgaria.
