China E-Sport Open 2008 is a tournament that features some of Warcraft III's best teams. The event has invited 10 clans to participate in the LAN tournament to be held in Beijing, China this 25th of April.

The clans include the staple teams such as SK, MYM and mouz; along with Chinese teams WE, BET and wNv. Gravitas Gaming, a predominantly Russian team, also received an invite.

These teams will compete in a group stage before going to bracket play. The team who wins first place will receive 400,000RMB, which is over $50,000 dollars.
