Warcraft 3: PaTo, Nightwolf, KaKi departs from mTw

mTw releases two mainstay players from its Warcraft III roster.
mTw announced a surprise pickup a few weeks ago, when it swooped up former Beijing Esports Team player Hyung Ju "ChecK" Lee. Lee became the second Korean for the team, following Human player Tae In "Rainbow" Kim.

Now they have announced that they are releasing two of their main players, Jonathan "KiwiKaKi" Garneau and Yaroslav "NightWOlf" Kavetsky. Bernardo "PaTo" Rodrigues left the team a few days ago as well.

Last year, mTw recruited the whole starComa team which comprised of mostly American players, who played under the banners of u5 and hoorai in the past. Upon the inception of mTw, they also added two German players, Lars "Protois" Reichelt and Johannes "hanf" Morlo along with Kavetsky.

Only Reichelt and Morlo are left in the team who were part of that initial merge.

Speculations have been floating about regarding the future of the team, especially in regards to new potential pickups. mTw has always shown to be capable of attracting top players as they seem capable of supporting their roster substantialy.

The team has recently lost in the WC3L playdowns, knocked out by Team fnatic. There is a good chance that the team will try to recruit new players to prepare for the requalification rounds of the new season of the WC3L.
