There was a huge ban wave for all the major bots(glider,openbot,etc) couple days ago. Anyone here get caught? I know I did, I was going to break 1850 soon in my full s1 soon too.
1850 is easy i did it on my rogue with 1 piece veng and 3 piece s1.
good thing you got caught because people who bot are stupid and just take others farming spots. i don't understand why people feel the need to bot when gold is so easy to come by now anyway.
Because we have maybe, a job? a girlfriend? a life? friend? family? things to do, besides sit at our comp? Any number of reasons... If you check AJ forums, there is a rogue that got to 2k in mostly greens with 1 epic, and the 5 min trinket. Getting to 1850 on a rogue is probably the easiest class.
I have a job that i work 30 hours a week, i take classes year round, i have a girlfriend, i got out and do stuff with my friends or family on a daily basis. It's called time management? I know rogues are easy to get to 1850, who cares i did 2v2 with my friend who plays a shaman and was in full s1, that's hardly a good combo. Plus if you are so busy then you obviously have no reason for the gold. If you only log on long enough to do arenas or some pvp then you have no reason for gold and if you do the 250g you can make from dailies would obviously cover all your expenses. What are you just trying to stockpile gold?

Then you dont deserve the honor. The honor is there for the people who play for it. If you have all of these things that keep you so busy you cant farm honor, then why do you play WoW at all?
Because WoW is fun, and I love the competitiveness of arena, but unfortunately they haven't taken my idea yet of making a seperate expansion that consists of just arena that is set up exactly like the tourny realm. Until then, the only way to have fun, is to get full s1 and progress from there, unless of course, if you rolled a rogue.

I used to hate botters... Until about the 4th time I had to do an honor grind... I'm sorry, but I did the same three battlegrounds to get my toons to Lt General before the expansion. Expansion means more content. Well, now every season they want me to grind the exact same three horrible BGs to get hardly upgraded gear? No, no, and uh, NO. I'm sorry, I'm not trying to play with the horrible horde on my crappy battlegroup and lose every game just because those kids are bad. I'm not trying to bring in an arena team just to win a battleground. I'd rather bot than repeat an honor grind which I've done numerous times before. PvE gets content when they get new gear, where is our content?
Oh, he can 2 shot someone in full trash gear. Then it must have been win traded. He was playing with a full s3 mage. As long as the rogue is smart, I can see this being done. He had 1 epic, and a couple blues. Plus the 5 min PvP trinket. He stated that he never came out first. And if you think about it, as long as they are focusing hard on the mage. They will be fine. He talked about how any time they switched to him, they would lose. But obviously, this team has tons of CC, and the rogue can easy pillar kite any class. Not to mention all their various ways of dropping an enemy off of them, or avoiding taking damage.
Reystar you stupid asshat, pretty much everyone has stated one good reason to bot. Sorry I got bored with the same 4 bg's to grind for honor 3 seasons in a row. Sorry I have real life commitments that I cannot canccel to make sure I get my Vindicators Band of Triumph for the extremely small stat increase. Each person has any number of individual reasons to bot, and until you try and see it from their shoes, you'll be an ignorant dipsh*t who yells at botters because he thinks they are the spawn of satan.
