GotFrag.com - In just a few short days, BlizzCon 2009 will be in full swing in what will feature some new territory for BlizzCon.

There will be more going on than just the World of Warcraft players battling it out to be the top team in the world. BlizzCon will be a two-day Pay-Per-View event available online through DirecTV.

Included amongst the team list are the American contingent of SK Gaming, who hold two first place finishes this year, including Blizzard's US Regional. They are joined by their American counterpart in TSG who came in second at the regionals.

Venturing across the Atlantic are the two teams who topped a stacked field of teams in Blizzard's European Regional, being x6tence and Woah. Coming out ahead of SK.EU, eDawgs and aAa, they will look to continue their success against their new opponents.

Rounding out the eight-team bracket are the representatives of the Korean and Taiwan Regionals. ShipIt advanced in first place in the Korean Regionals, with the runner-up going to Button Bashers; and DKP won the Taiwan Regionals where they beat all pass in the finals. These guys will be looking to make a name and show what they have against the more popular teams.
